One-on-one coaching is available exclusively for a select number of clients. Specialties and areas of interest include hormonal regulation, digestive optimisation, correction of insulin sensitivity and full body recomposition.

Coaching includes:

  • Customised training protocols, tailored to your needs
  • Customised nutrition protocols, developed in accordance to your personal goals
  • Supplementary and vitamin regimes, designed in coherence with your nutritional needs
  • A minimum of 1x fortnightly ongoing amendments dependant on your bodies responses
  • Continuous online support
  • The option to attend a 1 x fortnightly face to face checkin to evaluate progress, make amendments and discern hinderances.

Nutrition protocols are designed in accordance to your known food sensitivities, preferences, lifestyle, current weight and recommended daily intake amounts, calculated upon individual assessment. All protocols are structured to suit your personal goals whilst accounting for training and rest days.

The training protocols will be tailored to suit your level of fitness and experience, all of which will be discussed upon review of your application. Such protocols are gym based and implement a range of training techniques.

Coaching Memberships are priced at $80.00 per/week.

Upon submission your application will be reviewed and you’ll be notified accordingly via the email address which you provide below. Pending your approval, your initial detoxification stage will be structured within 3 business days.
